The camera for the professional sport photographer – That’s how Canon see´s the brand new 1D Mark IV. Accordingly the camera features a newish autofocus system (Same module but with another algorithm), improves ISO range all the way up to 102.400 and of course the must have video mode up to 1080P. The camera does not feature as many new item as with the 7D and the body is almost identical to the Mark III.

Interestingly Robert Galbraith who reviewed and criticized the last Mark III´s autofocus system very thoroughly did not receive a Mark IV for review.
Either way the camera looks promising on paper and all eyes will be on the autofocus system which evidently will make or break it for this camera.
